Privacy Policy

Keyframe turns a property's photographs into a video tour. This policy describes exactly what we collect to do that, what we do with it, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how you get rid of it. It covers keyframe.co.il and the Keyframe application.
Who we are
Keyframe is operated by Ziv Cohen, based in Dimona, Israel. Questions about this policy, or about your data, go to zivc88@gmail.com, and we answer within seven days.
What we collect, and why
Your account. Your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the profile picture on that Google Account. This is what identifies you, lets you sign back in, and gives us a way to reach you about your tours or your billing.
Your agency details. Agency name, phone number and logo, if you enter them. The logo is placed on the videos you generate; the rest appears in the product to you.
The photographs you upload. The source images for a tour, and the address you type alongside them. These exist to be turned into a video.
What we generate from them. The finished video, its preview frame, and the settings used to make it.
Subscription status. Which plan you are on, your remaining credits, and a record of what each generation cost you. We never receive or store your card details; Polar handles them.
Facebook group links. If you use the publishing feature, the addresses of the Facebook groups you choose and the captions you write. These are public group addresses you supply. We never receive your Facebook password or session.
Basic technical records. Ordinary server logs kept for security and debugging. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google tells us three things: your name, your email address, and your profile picture. We use them to create and identify your account, and for nothing else. We request no access to your Gmail, your Drive, your contacts or your calendar, and we never post anything anywhere on your behalf.
Keyframe's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: we do not transfer this data to others except as described here, we do not use it for advertising, and no human at Keyframe reads it except where you have asked us for support, where the law requires it, or where it is needed for security. You can disconnect Keyframe at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Who else your data reaches
We use a small number of processors, each for one job, and each receives only what that job needs:
Supabase hosts our database and file storage. Vercel serves the site. Polar is our merchant of record for payments and receives your billing details directly — card numbers never touch our servers. Video and image generation providers receive your photographs, through links that expire after a few hours, solely to render your tour and never to train their own models.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your photographs
Uploads are stored privately and are readable only by your account. They are passed to a generation provider through a temporary link that expires, and only while a tour is being made.
Sharing a tour
A finished tour gets an unlisted link. Anyone holding that link can watch it, so send it only to people you mean to.
The Explore gallery
Finished tours appear in Explore, a gallery every signed-in agent can browse, together with the address you entered. You can take any tour out of it from the tour's own page at any time, and it leaves the gallery immediately.
How long we keep things
Your account data stays while your account exists. Photographs and videos stay until you delete them or delete your account. Invoices are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Server logs are kept for thirty days.
Deleting your data
Deleting a tour removes its video and its source photographs. Deleting your account removes everything tied to it — profile, photographs, videos and saved group links — within thirty days, except invoices we must keep. You can delete your account from Settings, or ask us at zivc88@gmail.com and we will do it for you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to zivc88@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, to the Privacy Protection Authority.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted per account by row-level security, so one agent cannot read another's tours. Secrets are held server-side and never sent to the browser.
Children
Keyframe is a tool for working estate agents and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, the date at the top changes, and we email you before anything material takes effect.
